JAINA ANUPAM N PARMAR Charitable Trust is a not-for-profit organization devoted to work for children/adult with diverse disabilities. In 2007, a small group of parents and professionals set out to transform the lives of children with mental challenges. Their aspiration was to create a special school for children with special needs. They realized their ambition and started ANUPAM MANOVIKAS KENDRA beneath the umbrella of JAINAANUPAM N PARMAR CHARITABLE TRUST – a special school in December 2008 with an initial intake of 11 children. They decided to expand and encompass the range of services for sensory impairments, cerebral palsy, communication difficulties and other neurological conditions along with multiple disabilities. The strategic development plans set out to ensure that the organization will not be resting on its laurels but will continue to address the rights, needs and aspirations of children/adults with diverse disabilities.
STATUS OF THE ORGANIZATION
In association with Shree Jalaram Seva Sansthan, Valsad, Anupam Manovikas Kendra, expanded its services under the banner of Shree Jalaram Manovikas Kendra, managed by, Jaina Anupam N Parmar Charitable Trust in the year 2010. The organization has highly skilled professionals and specialized services available. The centre now meets the needs of the children with Mentally Challenged, Autism, Multiple Disabilities and cerebral Palsy. SHREE JALARAM MANOVIJAS KENDRA stands on about 10,000 sq. yards land with 2 storied school building in approx. 20,000 sq. ft areas, which is barrier free and accessible for all ( aged & differently able )
